INFORMATION FOR

Employers and Businesses

Employees with intellectual disability and autism bring many benefits to the workplace, yet they often miss out on securing meaningful work.

The aim of the Community Employment Partnership (CEP) is to match the skills and interests of participants to a role that benefits both the job seeker and the business.

CEP offers mentoring and advice to businesses in relation to:

Exploring current business needs to identify possible job roles that would benefit the business.

Information and training to develop more inclusive workplaces.

Supporting business and their staff to ensure the job seeker is a valuable team member.

Ongoing mentoring with business and employee, including identifying additional tasks and/or training opportunities for the employee as part of their career progression.

We currently have job seekers ready to fill a range of positions.
